2.9) File Transfer From Mac OS X

As with Linux/Unix, the SSH tools come bundled with a command line file transfer utility, secure copy (scp). The command line interface can be used in an identical fashion to that outlined for Linux/Unix systems.

There are several file transfer applications available. For example, FileZilla, https://filezilla-project.org, and Cyberduck, http://cyberduck.io. To see an quick demonstration of how to use one of these applications, please look at the video.
