5.7) Design Concepts (General)
There are 11 design concepts listed in the ODD protocol. Most of these were discussed extensively by Railsback (2001), Grimm and Railsback (2005; Ch. 5), and in Railsback and Grimm (2012) and are summarized in the following questions. The goal of this section of the ODD is more to give a quick overview of which concepts were considered and why. They can broadly be divided in general and agent specific concepts:
