Our PV-diffusion model is not ready to address its scientific purpose in part because it lacks a way to quantitatively observe the extent to which PV adoption patterns emerge. We would actually like to know how many PV systems are installed and how much electricity they are producing. Further we need a mechanism for different subsidy schemes, and would like to add a bit more realism to the decision procedure. So let’s do something about that. First, because we are about to make a major change in the program:
