Modelling the emission reductions potential of enhanced use of urban transport capacity: pathways to 2030: I am exploring how we can use the physical space in the transport system more efficiently in order to reduce emissions of CO2 from transport and the role that might play in the transition to a low carbon transport system in the future. I am doing this through a survey exploring people's travel behaviour and modelling the dynamics of this to understand how emissions might be reduced as a result of changing behaviour and technological developments.
